The Penelope Red Stripe Bow Top: More happy customers!

It is such a good feeling when my customers return to me, wanting to see more Penelope Red designs! It means that they truly love my designs, and that they are happy with their purchases. So it is really exciting when my customers come back to visit my Penelope Red market boutique, and they are actually wearing my designs!!! It makes my day because I know that they have put their faith in my designs, and there is nothing worse than thinking that people are not wearing them and they are just sitting in their wardrobes feeling unloved.

So, the above photo shows Lorelle (RHS) wearing my Red and White Stripe Bow Top. Lorelle visited my market boutique a while ago, then returned wearing the Red and White Stripe Bow Top, and I couldn't have been prouder! It's great to see how other people decide to wear it and accessorize my creations, and like I said, great to know that it is being truly loved by Lorelle!

Also, it is a great feeling when people refer me to others- it also means that they are very happy with what I have done so far. Lorelle brought her sister, Leanne to visit me that day, and it is such a thrill to know that my designs are loved now by a family!



I have now added black and white version, to the Penelope Red etsy shop online. The Black and White Stripe Bow Top is the same exact style, just in different colours. It is available in US sizes 4 to 10 or AU sizes 8 to 14.

A Happy Customer: The Paris Bow Top

One of my lovely customers, from the USA has been kind enough to send me a photo of her wearing the Paris Bow Top, which she bought from my etsy shop recently. I love it how she matched it with a great pair of navy pants, and some cute red shoes.

The Paris Bow Top has been one of my best sellers, and now that I have run out of fabric (in both the stripe and the red), I will not be making any more. I only have two US size 8's or AU size 12's left.

The Penelope Red Noir Bow Top

Introducing the Penelope Red Noir Bow Top...a black and white version of the Penelope Red Paris Bow Top.



As the Paris Bow Top has been quite a popular style, I thought it would make sense to create this design in a classic black and white colour-way.



The exaggerated bow at the front still makes it a little quirky and fun, and the colour palette might make it easier to wear to the office/work.



The hem on this top sits at your hip area. The sleeve cuffs are made from knit fabric, and are not constricting at all.



As with all Penelope Red designs, this design has been designed, and created by myself.

The Penelope Red Black Bow Tie Top

One of my favourite designs that is currently for sale in the Penelope Red etsy shop (as well as at The Rocks Markets), is the Penelope Red Black Bow Tie Top.

I love wearing it with jeans, my olive pants, my Osaka Citrus Blue Skies Skirt, or any other skirt for that matter!



I think it is also important to see designs in a real life situation- one where there is no make up artist, or professional photographer or model- it isn't as if we carry these around with us whenever we wear our fashions! So the above and below photos are just some happy snaps I took before I went out one day.



This blouse can look glamorous and sophisticated, while the black makes it a little understated. I was inspired by my favourite Hollywood movies and photos when creating this style, as well as styling the photo shoot below.



In the above photo, the Black Bow Tie Top is worn with the Black and Ivory Check Fluted Skirt.

The below photo features the Black Bow Tie Top and the Black Blue Skies Skirt.

I thought I would highlight the Penelope Red Black and White Printed Bow Tie Top today.
I like this top because you can just as easily wear it with your favourite pair of jeans, as well as a nice pair of pants or skirt. It can be casual top to wear while shopping, and then it can be transformed into a top to wear to dinner or another sophisticated occasion!
